In this article I will explain the correct way to apply handcuffs. I will also identify what not to do. After reading this, you will know how properly apply handcuffs to practice, only a handful of people may be able to compromise and defeat cons cuff.

Overview parts:

· Hand cuff is composed of two halves.

· Each half has a fixed and a rotating part.

· On each side there is a fixed-hole and on most units, a double lock switch or button.

• The two halves are connected together by a chain or hinge.
